Our Story
In the early 1980s, Kurt and Lynne Ammann established Rozendal with a vision rooted in good food, genuine country hospitality, and a deep respect for the land. Nestled in the scenic Stellenbosch region, the farm soon gained acclaim for its Bordeaux-style red wines, which garnered awards for their craftsmanship and character. As the years passed, the Ammanns nurtured Rozendal with a commitment to organic farming and healthy living, a philosophy that eventually inspired the creation of their unique botanical vinegar range. With time, the reins were passed to the next generation, who now carry forward the legacy with the same passion for quality, sustainability, and innovation that began with their parents' pioneering spirit.
