We invite you to spend two nights with us to fully immerse in this weekend workshop with experienced yoga instructor, Candice Jones from Anahat Yoga Studio.  This first workshop is a foundational workshop, focused on those new to yoga, but all levels of experience welcome  A simple programme with plenty of free time to explore the farm and the beautiful surrounds of the Winelands.

Natural Foundation Yoga Workshop

Every one of us has a unique kind of inner magic, and we are on our own treasured path. Respectfully we welcome all bodies; especially for those new to yoga, but experienced are also welcome, to cultivate a “beginner’s mind”, and take part in a foundational practice that molds a steady posture and challenges your mental focus.

The classes will include:

  • Detailed breathing instruction
  • Building on postures from a steady foundation
  • Specialized breathing techniques
  • Progressive relaxation
  • Meditation
