The sofi Awards recognise the best in specialty food and beverages and are a coveted industry honor. “sofi” stands for Specialty Outstanding Food Innovation. “This year’s winners reflect the spirit of innovation and creativity that are the hallmark of the specialty food industry,” said Ann Daw, president of the NASFT.
